Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with you?

No. You can come with a diagnosis, a suspicion, or just a sense that life feels harder than it should. We'll start with what's real for you.

How do I know which service to choose?

Is EMDR right for me?

EMDR can be helpful when past experiences are still affecting the present. It's always offered in a stabilising, paced way, grounded in safety.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes — online sessions are available. If you're local, in-person sessions may also be available depending on the service.

Do you offer reduced-rate sessions?

Yes, a limited number are available (subject to availability). Community-rate sessions do not include EMDR or ADHD coaching.
